“Nyamunyonyi” is a song by Western Ugandan singers Ray G and T Paul. The Afrobeat song was written by Reagan Muhairwe (Ray G) and Paul Taremwa (T Paul), and produced by Mr Bruno with contributions from bassist Stallone and guitarist Afro Menco. “Nyamunyonyi” was released on July 30, 2024 and the music video was also released the same day.
Lyrically, “Nyamunyonyi” describes a sweet virtuous woman that provides comfort and love to the singers. Ray G references the late Mowzey Radio’s hit song “Bread and Butter” on the line “Radio butter mmh mh nonula” highlighting the sweetness of his beloved.
